Conducted Global Compliance Audit for Fortune 500 Company

A Fortune 500 company with business units around the world engaged SouthBank Legal to conduct a compliance risk assessment across the company. Several years earlier, this company had used an Am Law 10 firm to perform a similar assessment, but the company decided to switch to SouthBank Legal’s Global Compliance team. In conjunction with in-house counsel, SouthBank Legal interviewed executives from each of the company’s business units, assessed the unique compliance risks faced in each business and market, aggregated the results of the assessment, created a compliance plan to address these risks, and developed presentations to the Audit Committee and Board summarizing the results. The company is now using SouthBank Legal’s plan to guide its compliance efforts.
