About Pete
Pete has diverse legal experience working in a wide variety of areas, primarily focused on real estate matters, commercial transactions, and business litigation. He has particular expertise representing clients in contract drafting and claims, real estate transactions, and complex commercial transactions and disputes.
Pete has represented businesses through all phases of existence. This includes forming corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities; establishing internal ownership relationships; advising on transactions and drafting contracts; resolving disputes and pursing claims in litigation; representing clients in merger and acquisition transactions; and dissolving business entities.
Pete has represented clients in the Indiana trial and appellate courts, as well as in Indiana district courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining SouthBank Legal, Pete was a partner at a general practice firm in South Bend. In over two decades of practice in the community, he has represented local businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters.
